A new soup stand opens in the neighborhood, and the product is so extraordinary that people are willing to endure the draconian rules of the owner. George complains about not getting bread and has his soup confiscated, while Elaine makes the mistake of ignoring the strict ordering procedure entirely.
Elaine eventually discovers the owner’s recipes in an armoire she bought from Kramer and uses them to exact her revenge, effectively shutting down the greatest culinary operation in the city and sending the owner packing for Argentina.
