Kramer accidentally receives a vanity license plate that says “ASSMAN” and uses the perceived authority of the plate to park in doctors’ spots at the hospital. He also begins crafting statues of his friends out of dry pasta, including a Jerry made of fusilli.
George’s father, Frank, gets into an argument with Kramer, resulting in a freak accident where Frank falls backward onto the pasta statue. The resulting medical emergency requires a visit to a proctologist, who surprisingly respects the vanity plate.
